I need help?

On Sunday I took the drug store pregnancy test (the second photo) & on Monday morning I took the Clearblue test (the first photo). After posting on eve and people saying that it looks like a positive, I've decided to wait till Friday to see if the second line gets darker. After doing some calculating, I'm 3 weeks. Starting last night & continuing today, I've been having slight cramps with no blood. They aren't painful but I still feel them. I don't know if it means a miscarriage or what?!?! Could you guys give your insight on what you think is going on please
