Back spasm
Hey! So I'm only 5 1/2 weeks pregnant with baby number 2. It's been pretty uneventful so far, just mild symptoms. But this morning I bent over to pick up my son's diaper bag and got an awful back spasm feeling! It went down the center of my lower back and I could even feel it in my upper tailbone. Has this happened to anyone else?
My doctor said Tylenol and warm compresses but didn't seem concerned about it. I'm wondering if this from the big hormone buildup or what. I've already started feeling some ligament pain in the front when I cough or sneeze. My mom thinks it just everything starting to stretch back out again. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience!
