Pill help !!

Hey I'm on Mirema. Recently, I stopped having my period like for 64 days. Then a very light period. The fact is,when I don't have my period, my mood change a lot and not in a good way. Feeling anxious, depressed and irritated. I'd like to know if there is any pill with one hormone that allow period every month. Cause strangely, I need to have it!! Anyone here in the same condition??
