I have very heavy periods that last 7-9 days and I am 16 but I also want birth control for having sex. I have brought the topic up to my mom but only because of my periods and I have heard that it can shorten then or make it less? Anyways she said no but I was wondering if there is anyway I could convince her? Thanks
