First pregnancy unsuccessful

Hello ladies .... 4 years ago I was diagnosed with a severe case of PCOS... I had to take provera and clomid for the past year and have not been successful to conceive. Recently I found out that I don't make eggs big enough for conception, we also found out that my husband has low sperm count .... Did anyone go through similar circumstances ?
