I am so lost

Okay so I was due for af yesterday took a test for a faint positive, and now I have been off and on cramping like AF is going to show... But every time I go to the bathroom (which is still all the time) it's wet and I fee like I have peed myself but it's not, it's different so I just keep checking and have no idea what's going to happen. Still having all pregnancy signs I have been having the past near week now
