Ovulation or Conception??

So this is gonna be tmi & confusion haha

So this month has been a weird one. Me and my partner have been ttc for 2 years 7 months. Both mid twenties (in waiting list to see a fertility specialist before anyone jumps on the "see a dr" bandwagon)

Just wondering if any of you ladies have endured this... so I thought I ovulated three-four days ago. For once I thought glow was finally right. All inidicators including cm was looking as if I had already ovulated. As usual my partner and I got busy but today when going to the bathroom I had a huge amount of "raw egg white" cm and was like but I ovulated? It doesn't smell/itch etc so all completely normal. About an hour ago I went to the toilet, same thing but slightly orange. Weird. Never had that. Thirty minutes later (it's hot where I am, I am guzzling water like anything) I got the tiniest streak of blood. I'm also suffering with weird sort of but not cramps & lower back ache (I have been since I thought I started ovulating days ago). I'm not due on for 11 days. My cycle is like clockwork.

Am I ovulating and I got it wrong? Or is it something else?

Or am I just going crazy?
