You can lose your mp and still not go into labor for few more weeks. Things like sex and exercise such as walking can help to start labor but losing your mp doesn't mean your going into labor within the week. Many women don't lose their mp or have their water break but still go into labor, and have contractions with dilation. Every pregnancy is different.

Date and pineapple smoothie.  It's more of a treat to me in reality because they're very tasty but it will help you dilate faster during your labor.

Sadly losing your plug doesn't determine when you could go into labor it could be today or it could be a month from now. My doctor did say sex is obvious number 1 in natural induction process. She also suggested primrose oil capsules inserted vaginally every night and drinking raspberry leaf tea (which I find yummy lmao )

How far along are you? I would call your OB just to be on the safe side, but definitely looks like the beginning of labor. Good luck!!

definitely looks like some of it, could be anytime between now and two weeks. Ik that's not a ton of help, but I wish you good luck and short easy labor
