FAINTING DURING DELIVERY!!!!

Jessica
I have a question...
I've always fainted, it doesn't take much! But it's not related to anything. Example: if I see blood, heights etc. There is no answer to why I faint. I've seen doctors, I've seen cardiologist and they all say they are stumped. Well it happened during delivery of my first child. The anesthesiologist was in there to check on me and I started feeling a fainting spell coming on, they laid me back and I went unconscious. My husband said I turned completely gray and he thought I was dying. Our sons heart rate was dropping very fast. It went from 150 to 90 and continued to drop until they pushed Epi through IV. When I came to, I asked how our son was, he was doing better and they had placed a physical heart monitor on him vaginally to keep track of his vitals. The Drs told me they had never seen such a thing in 20 years of doing their jobs. In labor, your in pain and your blood pressure should be high not low. My blood pressure dropped to 60/40 and my heart rate was 30. I felt like I was dying before I completely went out but I'm familiar with this feeling. It Happened 3 years ago when I was letting my dog outside and I fainted and went unconscious and fell down a set of cement stairs. I had a concussion and a very messed up face. Anyways... I'm just wondering if any other moms have ever experienced this? It was awful to know that my sons heart rate was dropping and that I couldn't do anything to help him.
Has angle else had this? Seen a dr? Gotten answers?
