Should I be worried?

I'm
Pregnant!  According to the HPT and doctors confirming but I don't have any symptoms only nipple soreness. No headaches or nausea, my stomach doesn't even feel hard, I'm 4 weeks. Should I worry?

It's fine. You're still super early. I found out at 3w2d and besides hot flashes and back pain I didn't feel anything. I had morning sickness from 4.5-6.5 weeks and then just sore breasts. I'm 18+5 now and just starting to show. My stomach doesn't feel "hard" not sure what you mean.

No. I was sick from 3 weeks on but most women don't experience symptoms until at least 6 weeks of not later. Some, not at all. (Lucky lol)

I didn't even know I was pregnant with my little bundle of joy until around the 4th month. Didn't show any signs nor symptoms.  My tummy wasn't even sticking out. Was just flat lol.

Nope! You're totally fine! I had zero symptoms with my first until I was showing and by then I was more than half way through! Sometimes you just get lucky! Enjoy.

For most women symptoms don't start until 6-8 weeks. I had no nausea or anything until 8 weeks with my second pregnancy, first pregnant it started around 6 weeks. At 4 weeks your body is just starting to produce HCG, once the HCG gets higher you may get symptoms . Some women don't get any symptoms at all!

Nope,  enjoy it.  I didn't have many symptoms and didn't feel pregnant till recently.  I'm 21 weeks now.  Some of us are just blessed.
