Oooook I need some help!

So I took my frist round of Letrazol and thought that it didn't work to get prego so I called my doc and told them I was bleeding but it was super light and only lasted 3 days ( I'm used to it being heavier and last 5-7 days so this morning before I started my next round I took a test for S***s and giggles and not think twice about it bc I was bleeding and went to work thinking it was BFN and I got home and thought I would check it for S***s and giggles again and I seen this!
