TMI----- Help... is this a miscarriage?

Is this a miscarriage? I thought I started my period this morning and was having light cramps, and then now started bleeding, and saw this. Sorry I don't know how to put tmi.

I had something similar my last cycle my doctor told me it was just the shedding of my uterus sometimes it comes out in one piece..but I'm not an expert so I couldn't say for sure; only happened to me once

This was mine for reference sorry so gross 🙈 but my doctor said it was the lining of my uterus and not a mc
