Am I the only one?

Ill be in my third trimester tomorrow! 27w and it's been weeks that I can't even wear a bra or sports bra because my ribs hurt so bad! More at night time 😩 I thought it was because of the wire in the bra so I started to wear sports bras with no wire! And still hurts I just wear a tank top with nothing under.

You are not the only one. I've been suffering for over 3 months now. I'm now 24 weeks and it seems to be getting worse. My pain is in the upper right quadrant right under my breast and it radiates to my shoulder blade. I've had a scan of my gallbladder and liver blood work but thankfully everything came back normal. Mine is almost always food related but now even if I drink too much water it hurts. I'm on the small side to begin with so I'm wondering if it's growing pains AND stomach issues. Either way it's honestly tiring but I'm trying to stay positive and keep my eye on the finish line. The things that have helped (not cured) is eating smaller meals, ice pack, eating a bland diet and taking my bra off when it gets bad. I also only wear maternity bras otherwise it's way too painful. I've also tried apple cider vinegar and it helps somewhat. Someone also mentioned papaya enzyme pills but haven't tried that. If yours is digestive related I would give some of these tips a go and hopefully you can find some relief!

Your whole body is under a lot of pressure.  Baby pushes all your organs up and your ligaments are stretching.  Which translates into your ribcage actually expanding.  My ribs hurt too, and I've actually told my mom (who is all about presentation) that I'm pregnant, uncomfortable,  and my "give a..." broke.  She's luck I'm wearing clothes outside of my house. My husband is in the opinion that I should go topless everywhere...so he could care less if I wear a bra. And I completely forget about the bra while nursing. Its just one more thing to get it the way. (I guess I should mention I'm on baby #3)

Sorry that turned into a bra rant...
