At what age did you first see teeth ?

My son is 14 weeks old and he is drooling like crazy and every now and then will cry for no reason so I let him chomp on my finger and he loves it. I'm assuming he is starting to teeth?

Mine didn't get her first tooth until 10 months and now at 13 months has 9 teeth going on 10.

My almost 5 month old has no teeth but they move around a lot before coming out. 
Maybe buy some teething toys to chew on?
