Tampons or napkins?

Hi! I'd never used tampons before but I'm curious which is better? How does it feel to use tampons? I'm afraid to use one as it might get stuck inside. Haha Though, I'd like to try it. Any thoughts? 😊

Once you get past being scared and try them, you won't want to go back to pads. Just make sure it's inserted correctly and that you take the whole applicator out! (my little sister left it in and couldn't figure out why it was uncomfortable)

It seems scary as first but tampons don't hurt if they are inserted in correctly. There is a slim chance of TSS but you should be fine if you take it out at the correct time. Hope this help!

Use them
When your flow is the heaviest, that way it won't hurt... Try watching YouTube videos on how to insert them , it's very easy but you have to do it slowly, I would recommend having a mirror and being patient... Don't force it if they feel uncomfortable

Also the average time is usually 4 - 8 hours but please use one with a plastic applicator as it was easier to use then cardboard.
