Pains in between thighs/crotch?

It started about a week and a half ago. If I spread my legs to get dressed or anything I feel a huge pain in between my thighs/vaginas area. Or if I flip over in bed. I'm 27 weeks exactly, what is it or who else has this? It hurts but it's not unbearable or 24/7 only when opening my legs a bit 🤔😥😥

It's Pubic symphysis diastasis. It's where your muscles loosen in that area and gets prepared for labor. Im experiencing it, too and im 38 weeks. In the last 2 weeks, it has gotten worse to the point it's becoming unbearable. I read that it's quite common and some of the things I remember it said to help the pain was swing both legs out while getting out of the car, when sleeping try to keep legs together bc spreading them too far apart could cause the pain to resurface, and when getting dressed to try and remain sitting.
