Advice please!

My period is a week late (i can be irregular though) and I have some slight pain in my lower abdomen...any time I have sex I always use protection and my boyfriend pulls out each time before he finishes too. I had unprotected sex once but he pulled out long before he finished and during that is when the pain in my lower abdomen started, should I be worrying as much as I am?
