Abortion pill side affects?

Yes I was pregnant and I did take the abortion pill because my fiance and I decided we weren't ready to bring a child into this world. Most of the side affects from what the doctors told me would happen after the second set of pills. Nausea, vomiting, fever, diarrhea, etc. Well I haven't taken the second set yet and I'm having sharp shooting pains under my right breast going from the bottom of my ribs up close to my collar bone. It tends to happen when I take a deep breath, when I'm leaning forward to grab something, and when I go from a hunched over sitting position to sitting straight up. It's only happening to the right side of my chest but it doesn't feel like it goes under my chest or ribs, like it's in the tissue above. I'm debating on whether to call the clinic to ask them if it's normal or just see if it goes away with time. Can anyone here say whether that is normal or have had it happen and can tell me what it turned out to be?
