Non pregnancy related but please help!!!!!!

I bought a bassinet, car seat and stroller and some other stuff the other day from the walmart app. It was like 219$. It didnt take it off right away but it took a day or two and I checked my balance. I originally had 600 something dollars and when I check I had 380 something dollars left. So I SEEN they took it off. I check today and it says 600 something dollars now....Im so confused Ive already got the stuff mailed to me ....its here but my account basically says I didnt pay for it. I dont understand. Can someone please help me. My account shows no transactions of it either.....
