Is this the start of something??

I'm about a day late and I've been taking tests for the past five days with no signs of AF showing. This AM when I tested I swore I saw the start of a vvvvfl appear. I'll definitely be testing in the next couple of days to confirm but wanted to see what others opinions were! TIA!
