Baby acne??

Is this baby acne? It's spreading on my little 5 1/2 week old's face, and it's making me really sad. Is there anything I can do about it?

First of all don't be sad..its normal. a lot of babies have it, including mine. I'm sure your baby is just as adorable save your sadness for one thing more serious 🙃

Mine had it pretty bad at that point. He grew out of it at about 10 weeks. He is 12 weeks now.

It looks like it. My 6 week old has it too, it'll go away on it's own in a couple weeks! It's just caused by maternal hormones~
