Please help me freaking out😭😭

So I have an irregular period. And it's always late by a number of days. I am sexual active but not on any birth control we use condoms and he doesn't sperm inside me. Well for the past 2 days I have been bleeding but not enough to say a period it's only when I wipe myself😣 I'm getting a little nervous is this saying my period is coming? Am I pregnant? Or what? Please help!!
