Miscarriage?

Does this look like the beginning stage of a miscarriage? I'm on nexplanon but I don't know..

I didn't know I was pregnant until I misscarried. I was a couple weeks late but was putting off a pregnancy test. Then one day I had really really bad cramps, I went to the bathroom several times and passed a lot of blood and a massive "blood clot" all while feeling the worst cramps of my life (and before having baby no. 1 my cramps were debilitating I wouldn't be able to do anything day 1 and day 2 of my period) ... I'm just saying you WILL know if you are misscarrying!  I took a pregnancy test and sure enough it was positive so I knew for sure at this point I had misscarried. Went to doctor to be checked and that was that.
