Hot coffee

Has anyone ever seen the documentary. I found it shocking everything that woman went through and all the lies mcdonalds told. They acted like the the lady sued them for money when all she wanted was for them to lower the temp of the coffee. They also acted as if she didn't have 3rd and 4th degree burns so bad that I will never again look at the damage it caused her body.

It really makes me think of the power of money and how companies use their lawyers and media to persuade the public to basically believe their story over a regular persons story. Are there other cases like this?
