36w2d I was 70% effaced and 1cm dilated. Today at the doctor, 38w5d I was 80% effaced and 3cm dilated! She could feel his head and said he was sitting at -1! Woohoo! It's a good sign when your doctor believes you won't make it to your next appointment!
I have been walking and bouncing and sexing like crazy! I do the teas and primrose oil. So keep up the trying ladies!
