So a few days ago I wasn't even on my period and I was just walking around my room. Then suddenly I have extremely painful pelvic cramps. It rarely ever happens and I don't remember the last time it did. It hurt to walk and move and the pain finally subsided about after an hour of laying on a pillow. It wasn't severe the whole hour maybe the first 5-10 minutes. Does this happen to anyone?
