Hello

I'm just wondering I'm a little worry

So I am taking a medicine for Nauseas and vomiting DICLEGIS to be exact.... so I forgot to take it yesterday at night since I have to take it before bed time... I got a call from the doctor that I had a bacterial infection so he prescribed a medicine for that it's called azithromycin two tablets of 500mg.... since I didn't take my DICLEGIS last night today I been vomiting but today just a couple of minutes ago I vomit and I got a nosebleed! Is that normal??? Help
