Just her tummy and bladder. It means they're filled with fluids and that's good since it means she's practicing swallowing.

It looks as if your baby is turning. You can see she/he is sucking her thumb. Remember that science nowadays is so much more precise that you're doctor would be able to determine if something were to be physically amiss about your baby. Don't stress :) it's photo imaging and it's not always perfect! I have some freaky 3D photos myself I don't like to look at lol
