Am I over reacting?

My boyfriend of 4 months dropped and shattered my new iPhone. He said it was my fault for making him hold it, and he made me pay to repair it, and he made me pay him 20$ for gas to take me to get it fixed (The place is 20 minutes from my house) This is eating me up. He should have took responsibility and payed it, or am I over reacting?

I would tell him to pay for it because first off all he should of been more careful especially that it was new and secondly why he making you pay $20 for gas ??????? it's obviously he don't take responsibility what so ever I would be careful in the future if I were you
