Zoloft to treat PPD/PPA?

Has anyone been prescribed Zoloft for their postpartum depression or anxiety? If so, has it helped or not?

Yes I love it. I was prescribed the lowest dose and I only take half a pill at night.

I'm on it and yes it worked for me. I don't like some of the side effects (dizziness and low sex drive) but it did help my ppd/anxiety.

I didn't work for me at all, I was actually sleepless for two nights so I was prescribed Prozac... But keep in mind, not everyone has the same reaction to it...
