Anyone not gaining weight?

Question

Had my 20 week appointment today and I haven't gained can't weight, and actually have lost weight, Doctor didn't say anything. My other pregnancies I didn't gain a lot but I gained weight mostly in the first trimester. I guess having two toddlers to wrangle really is a workout!!!

Unfortunately there is such an obsession with weight gain in pregnant women. Some will comment that you're too big for 20 weeks (I get this one a lot), some will say you're too small,  some will say you don't look pregnant, some will say things like you just wait it'll get bigger. As long as mama and baby are healthy, and the dr has no concerns, it doesn't matter if you have gained or not.  We all carry our little ones differently 😊

I have gained 2 pounds and I'm 21 weeks. Baby looks great and I can feel him moving around like a champ but doc said he would like to see a little more gain next month. I will try. I had pneumonia 2 weeks ago so I don't think that helped very much

If your doctor didn't say anything about it then you shouldn't worry.. I wasn't gaining anything for the longest time too. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden bam I gained 6 pounds. I think I was around 19-20 weeks. Apparently I'm gaining the perfect amount of weight so I'm happy about that (:

With my 3rd pregnancy I didnt put on a single pound until 28 weeks. My doctor said it was fine...I started gaining once baby started putting on weight. Still ended up gaining 30lbs! It's coming, dont worry! Lol

I went for my appointment a few days ago and the doctor told me that I have gained 6 pounds already through this pregnancy. Then she said you gained too much already! I'm 20 weeks!

Weight gain varies woman to woman, if you were underweight to begin w this could be concerning but if your doc isn't concerned you shouldn't be!  Most American women gain too much!

I have lost 15 and gained 1 1/2 of that back. I'm almost 21 weeks. Odd but dr told me I should only gain 10-20 pounds throughout my pregnancy. It's my first baby if that helps. I know someone who gained 60 lbs during her pregnancy so I guess it varies for everyone.

I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow and I've lost 16 lbs and just gained 1/2 lb since. Dr says everything is fine! My first pregnancy I gained 60 lbs 😱

Im 19 weeks and haven't gained any. My doctor mentioned at my last appointment how I haven't gained any and she said that baby gets all the nutrients before I do so she isn't worried if I'm not eating enough.
