Help!

I've been ttc now for about 4 yrs. I have 2 girls 9 and 10. I'm 10 dpo and yesterday I had the worst anger or rage spell. I got home and passed out at 6 and woke up at 10. My bbt since o has been 99.8. Today I lost hope cause I woke up and bbt was 98.6 . Now it's going back up. I've had some burning sensation in my stomach and some pains like pinching in my left ovary. My cm has went up today to milky watery! Any help would be appreciated! Ty!!!
