Is anyone experiencing pain in one breast? Not the nipple but the breast, around the same area?

Omg lol I swear when I go from cold to hot or vice versa it hurts so bad.. I'm sure someone has caught me giving myself boob massages at work a few times. I don't know what to do to alleviate the pain

So I've heard that putting cold cabbage leaves on your breasts when you get engorged helps. Would it have the same affect beforehand ?

I have shooting pain and thickening areola on one breast sometimes. When you squeeze the areola , you see a lump underneath! I freaked and my OB got me an ultrasound. Its just my milk ducts! Totally fine.

Yes I'm 24+2 and I've been getting this sharp pain in my left breast. It takes your breath away, no idea what it is hope it's normal

I had that issue at like 22 weeks it lasted a week it was in my right breast felt like a constant sudden sharp pain. It was so weird and like I'd wear my bra less with also trying to rub it lol nothing helped. It did go away on its own. Assuming it's just extra blood flow going to the nipple that creates a pain sometimes. Just another pregnancy pain we go through, but nothing can compare to breastfeeding when your boobs and nipples really get sore I've heard and you get engorged sometimes. Don't worry I'm sure the pain you have is normal and will go away it's just a nusance.

That is normal in pregnancy! But ask your doctor for your own peace of mind.

Thank you! So relieved i am not the only one! Yea it is similar to when a milk duct gets clogged but more sudden than that and cones and goes.
