Job advice

Hi ladies, so for the last 5 months (since I got pregnant) I kept saying I couldn't wait to go on maternity leave and NOT go back to my job. Right now I'm part time but I'm not a huge fan of the job. my boss asked me if I wanted to come back after maternity at full time with a $7 increase....what would you do....oh and become full time until I go out on maternity?? what would you do?
