Rib pain 2nd trimester

So I'm having a throbbing/sharp pain that raps from my lower ribs in the front around to the back I'm 15w and 4d is anyone else experiencing this or have you? First time I've felt it but it's very uncomfortable and the pain is making me a little nauseous..
