Appointment

I have a quick question my appointment is coming up this Tuesday to go to the Gyno & I been spotting off & on right now I just got done from using my vibrator & it looks like a little blood clot came out should I reschedule my appointment or still go sorry if I sound stupid I just wasn't sure I very irregular periods What my question is if I start my period should I reschedule it?
