Wondering if there are others who been through or going through this

I lost the father of my kids the day I turned 32 weeks. I've been having a really hard time coping. Three days later I found out that we're having another little girl and it was emotional appointment. He's not going to ever see her. It's been exactly 1 week since his death n it feels like I just found out. Plz if you've been through this can you give me tips to cope. It's affecting my blood pressure.
