No baby powder?

What do you use to keep babies butt dry if baby powder is not an option? (Since it's bad for them)

I used good diapers and had no need for baby powder.

Pampers Swaddlers were my favorite, but I also used Luvs.

I noticed any pinkness showing up on his bum, I'd prevent a diaper rash with Desitin.

Someone mentioned to me to put flour in a frying pan and brown it. Never used baby powder with my first.

Change baby as soon as she/he wets. We've never used anything for our son. One the biggest reasons they get a rash is if they pee and poop and it sits on their skin. Their pee is sterile but when it mixes with poop it creates acid. Just change your little one as soon as they pee and as soon as they poop.

I never use baby powder or anything on my daughter and she only had a diaper rash once and that was because she was sick and had diarrhea.

Cornstarch is the main thing in baby powder and i used a little of it plain with my daughter. Worked wonders when nothing and i mean nothing (creams of ALL kinds or baby powder) worked at all. She had a rash constantly but this finally worked for me. :)

Just try a Talc-Free baby powder. I heard the Honest company was good.

You could use cornstarch. .. that's basically what baby powder is.
