My midwife says the 4-1-1 rule. 4 mins apart, 1 minute in length, for 1 hour.

I would say once you get to 5 min apart. When I started active labor (after my water broke) they were coming every min or 2 until that point I hadnt dialated anymore but once that started I went from a 3 to a 9 in a hour and a half. Good luck!

Call the hospital and ask what the recommend. My friends hospital said between 3 and 5 min apart. Another friend said her place said when she can't walk or talk through them to come in. Everyone has a different timing

With my first I sat there and timed them and they turned out to just be super bad Braxton hicks :/ which were horrible!!! But they were a minute or so apart.. I dunno if you have had a baby before but the real ones get much stronger :/ if they get to bad I would go in and get checked
