Why am i always cramping

I have 1week with cramps makes me go to the bathroom n poop but cramps hurts from 1-10 I give it a 6 am 25weeks pregnant are they contractions?also fill like pushing is it. Cuz I have to poop oh is other thing😑 No rude comments

I get upset stomachs once in a while and it's because I really need to use the bathroom. As long as you are actually able to go to the bathroom and your cramping isn't every few minutes lasting 1-2 minutes, you're ok. If they do have a pattern, you should call your doc immediately. If it is just bathroom cramps, maybe adjust your diet. Your digestive system becomes much more sensitive as time goes on

I have braxton hicks contractions all the time.  I dId wIth my last pregnancy too. This time around they are quite uncomfortable. My midwife told me to drink more water.  And also had me start taking calcium magnesium suppliments. It seems to be helping.

I had the same problem i asked my doctor he said it was lack of water that i needed to drink more water i was drinking maybe 7 to 8 bottles of water when that happend so now i drink 10 to 12 a day 12 oz water bottles the cramps and the contractions have disappear try that maybe it helps good luck.
