Help!TMI

Hello everyone, i just wanted to write this because i think i had a miscarriage the day before my period i really don't know if it was a miscarriage but my last period only lasted 3 days and i am always 5.. This one it started 1 day earlier with heavy bleeding i had heavy bleeding for 3 days and i remember i had a pain like if i was being stabbed in my left side it hurt alot so it's been 7 days and i am still spotting but yesterday i remember i stopped all day then i was resting on bed and suddenly when i moved blood came out and i rushed to the bathroom and i felt like if my vagina expulsed something out it felt so weird but i checked the toilet and i disnt see anything until i flushed it and i saw this large but really large clot i couldnt take it out to check it because i flushed it and i just keep thinking if it was it was a early miscarriage.. Has this happened to someone ? it looked like this picture its not mine but i found it on early miscarriage photos from google! mine was exactly like this one
