Alcohol while TTC
Has anyone found drinking alcohol postpones their ovulation? I'm TTC and really don't drink that often anymore. It affects my BBT and that annoys me. However Its my birthday this weekend and I really would like to have a few drinks! I don't want it to screw with my fertility but I also don't want to let TTC to consume me. Why do I feel so guilty....
