Drinking lots would make your urine dilute therefore would dilute your HCG and make it look like a faint line or a negative. So if you can still see something then I think it's safe to say your pregnant. Re test with a fmu X

I don't think water would give you a positive like that. I could be wrong though. It's not good to open those tests, but I'd say you are pregnant
