Does this mean I'm controlling??

I just left a family party before my boyfriend. I had so much fun with the short time I was there. I came home and I was just about to sleep right when our mutual friend texted me that he was drinking. I personally dislike drinking. And he's supposed to tell me before he drinks. He texted me that he aS after 5 drinks. But, the thing is that he's not even one of those crazy,wild drunks. He tells me he's just one of those sleepy drunks.  I trust him I do. I just can't pinpoint why I'm so upset. He hasn't drank any alcohol throughout our whole relationship until now. Plus, he's with all his family. Am I overthinking for no reason??
