Spinal block

I had a csec on 6/16. I had a spinal block. My wound is all healed. Now my incision get uncomfortable if I have the edge of my underwear on it or if my pants are too tight. It's achy pain. Also my heels feel slightly numb and are dry and thick minimal skin builds up. I have to scrub them now. I thought it was from the swelling coming down. I Have to apply eucerin for dry skin on my feet. My back also aches sometimes. Could these me after effects of the spinal block? Did anyone else experience any symptoms  months after their c-sec?
