Do you drink one cup of coffee while pregnant (2nd and 3rd trimester)?

I haven't had coffee because it started tasting like dirt to me . That when I knew something was up and needed to take a test lol

I drink 1 cup a day. Before I knew I was pregnant (didn't find out till 12 weeks) I was drinking 2-3 cups a day. My doctor said 2 is fine as long as I'm drinking a lot of water as well. I'm 20 weeks now and baby boy is perfectly healthy!

I have had a cup of coffee in the morning since day 1.. I am now 22 weeks. My doctor said as long as I still drink plenty of water that it's fine to have some coffee!

So happy that it's OK to do so. My doctor said that it is ok, I finally find coffee tasty again and God knows I need the pick me up with my 3 year old in the mornings

I honestly think most things in moderation are fine. I'll have a cup or two most days but generally try to stick to decaf. I think as long as you're not chucking it back all day every day and you're drinking lots of water as well  it'll be fine :)

I'm 39 weeks I enjoy my cup everyday. Of course I had to cut back from my usual large 5 shot expresso Americanos. This are like regular cup of coffee too. I have discover the world of decafe and smaller sizes. Sometime I do half regular and half decafe  regular coffe together. As long I get my cup I'm good.
