When to start buying stuff?

Hi ladies! When is a good time to start buying things for the nursery?( clothes, diapers) This is my first baby and I just want to run and buy everything now. I'm 15 week as of today. When is a good time?

I started at 15 weeks. Now at 16.5 I have the first year of clothes.

Because I'm due just after Xmas and I have other children I've been trying to buy things so I have more money at Xmas time for the other kids presents. There are 6 years between my youngest and this Bub so I've had to buy everything again, I bought a pram, a car seat, Bassinette and a baby swing. Nappies were on sale the other day so I bought a box of newborn.

SO and I for this baby his first my 3rd will start as soon as we find out gender via blood test. 
With my older 2 I started around 9 weeks with little things here and there and didn't start buying anything until 6 months mostly due to budget, I was only 21 and 22 when I got preggers the first 2 times so it was a completely different financial status

I started buying at 20 weeks when I knew it was definitely a boy. 4 weeks later I have almost everything. My friends don't even know what to get for the baby shower 😂

I started buying little stuff from the beginning, stocking up on diapers at my halfway mark and I've been gathering bigger things such as pack n play, diaper bag, etc during third trimester. (I'm 30+)

As soon as I found out the gender I got everything so around 5 months I like to be prepared

I'm 6 months with my first girl and I've just now started buying things I made myself wait bc I didn't wanna have everything at the first and just wait 9 months for the baby idk that's just me getting her things the closer it is time for her to be here just seems like it can help pass the time
