10 weeks 4 days pregnant

Hi there! This is my first pregnancy and I'm 10 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I'm obviously get scared about everything right now and the baby not being ok. My concern is because a lot I feel perfectly fine and that concerns me that everything is not ok. I've had two ultrasounds one at 6 weeks and one at 8 weeks and the doctor said everything looked great. At my last ultrasound the baby had a heart rate of 174, I had a dr appointment on Aug 3rd and she said I was too early to hear with a dopplar but I should definitely be able to hear it next time, she also measured my uterus and it was measuring exactly as it should. Did anyone feel pretty normal at this time in their pregnancy? I have a home dopplar but I try not to use it bc the heat from the dopplar can be damaging to the fetus is what my doctor said if I use it too much.
