Okay I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I feel the baby move a lot but always in my lower stomach its not high up so I know this is not the baby moving, last night I was in the car and I twisted a bit to look at my kids in the back seat and upper right side under my ribs made this popping like sensation it didn't hurt and I could describe it as a full term baby elbow jab that's what it felt like so I went back to normal position and twisted slowly back again and it did it again!! What the heck is this feeling? It only happened last night I think of the worse things it could be cause I'm like always nervous but it didn't hurt at all just such a weird feeling
