Bad diarrhea? ! 11 weeks. Tmi !!

Help! 11weeks pregnant here and have had 4 awful bowel movements in the last 3hours. Is this normal for being 11 weeks ?anything i can do to help stop it? Any advice is considered. Thank you!!

You might want to eat some yogurt or ask your doctor about probiotics. Make sure you are drinking enough water. Bananas might also help you. 
I keep going back and forth between that and being backed up - I'm finding eating yogurt and fruit to be helpful!

I was taking a prenatal with too much folic acid in it for me in my first trimester and was constantly on the toilet. I switched to a different prenatal vitamin and it stopped. Do you think that could be it?
